Thanksgiving Menu

Far and away, Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite meal to cook all year.  I’ve got my favorites, and I like to try new things once in awhile.  The ghosts of Thanksgiving past include whiskey-roasted carrots (not a fan,) roasted herb yeast rolls (yum! Even though they resulted in me getting a pretty nasty burn on my eatin’ hand,) corn bread stuffing, pumpkin cheesecake pie, and… well, you get the idea.

This year, I’m back in a good-sized kitchen and am excited to cook for a lot of people.  Not the most we’ve ever had, but still a good-sized gathering with 6 adults and 4 kids.

I’m posting the menu and cooking schedule here, mostly for my own joy of seeing it all listed out.  Happy Thanksgiving!
